We are looking for an Account Manager to help our clients unlock their potential and grow their business. It is important that you are open to change, able to hear the client and think systematically.

The main competencies of an account manager are negotiation, client communication and communication, project management.

Tasks

Active interaction with clients throughout the entire period of cooperation: supervising client projects, planning and budgeting, consulting on all issues;
Interaction with internal departments of the company within the framework of client projects: setting tasks, management control, supervising specialists of the areas.
Prevention of crisis and conflict situations in work with clients;
Control of invoice payment terms, debt prevention, document control;
Retention of clients and increasing their loyalty;
Work with CRM system, google tables, reporting.

Requirements

Knowledge of digital marketing: You should be familiar with basic digital marketing tools and strategies such as SEO search engine optimization (SEO) and contextual advertising.
Communication Skills: You must have excellent communication skills and be able to interact effectively with clients. This includes the ability to listen, ask questions, offer solutions and the ability to work as part of a team.
Analytical Skills: You must be able to analyze data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing tools and suggest optimizations.
Organizational Skills: You must be organized and be able to manage your time and tasks effectively. This includes the ability to plan, prioritize and meet deadlines.
Technical skills: you should be familiar with basic digital marketing tools and platforms such as Yandex Metric, Yandex Direct, Google Analytics, Google Ads, etc.
Work experience: experience in a digital agency or related marketing field is preferred. Experience in running and managing projects;
Experience in solving complex situations with clients;
Active life position, well-developed intellect, ability to analyze information, high negotiation skills, focus on results, hard work, motivation to maximize their income;
PC proficiency at the level of a confident user.

Conditions

Probationary period of 2 months;
Transparent prescribed motivation system, salary+KPI+% of the turnover of your clients;
Five-day work week, from 10:00 to 19.00;
Remote work.
