Over the course of eight months, by optimising advertising campaigns according to strategy type and introducing remarketing campaigns aimed at boosting brand awareness and audience reach, we succeeded in increasing the number of incoming orders. At the same time, we managed to reduce the cost per lead from 1,254 roubles to 784 roubles.
These results were achieved through a thorough review and optimisation of search engine advertising campaigns. The focus was on highly relevant search queries, which enabled us to attract a more targeted audience. In addition, we refined our audience targeting based on users’ interests and behaviour, which significantly improved the effectiveness of the advertising traffic.
A comprehensive approach involving various types of campaigns and optimisation strategies, combined with a detailed analysis of the customer base and audience segments, helped to achieve a significant increase in website retention rates, as well as repeat orders from advertising traffic.
Expanding the site structure and selecting the right keywords kick-started the project’s growth. Thanks to improvements to the metadata and content on product pages, as well as the optimisation of titles and descriptions, the project’s visibility for key search terms increased. The implementation of accurate and relevant keywords and improvements to internal linking led to a 50% increase in rankings for key phrases.
User engagement has increased thanks to the development of the FAQ section and improvements to usability. The addition of useful questions and answers has enabled users to find the information they need more quickly, which has helped to increase time spent on the site and reduce the bounce rate.
The introduction of optimised landing pages with unique content, improvements to the UX/UI, and a reduction in website loading times have contributed to an increase in the number of conversions and enquiries from users.
